Short version: We collect only the information needed to deliver your report, process your payment, and follow up about the service. We do not sell your data. We do not place advertising. Your parcel coordinates are used solely for analysis and are not shared with third parties.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

Contact information and analysis records are retained for up to twelve (12) months in Cloudflare Workers KV storage. Payment records are retained as required by applicable law and Stripe’s data retention policies. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7).

5. Data Security

All data is transmitted over TLS/HTTPS. Data at rest is stored in Cloudflare’s infrastructure, which maintains SOC 2 Type II certification. Access to stored data is restricted to authorized personnel only. No system is perfectly secure; in the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

CFIUSCheck is a professional service directed at legal and compliance professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from persons under the age of 18.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
